GSG.Gallery - Gundam SG's Ecopla HGUC 1/144 Gundam MK-II

The Ecopla line from Bandai actually consist of only a few models brought over from the HGUC line. Made from recycled plastic (thus the conceived name from Eco and Plastic), this line is moulded entirely in black. Except for being environmentally friendly, moulded in a monotone and having a sheet of exclusive stickers, the runners and parts of the Ecopla models do not differ from that of its regular HGUC counterpart.

Because the MK-II is released during the earlier HGUC days, the construction is fairly straightforward, constructed using the resources of 3 + 1 runners.  As the end result looks relatively presentable without the need to apply the Ecopla stickers (we did try to apply the Bandai one on the shoulder, but the edges looked too obstructive and obvious) and a layer of coat, we decided to leave it untouched.

Enough of our yabber jabber after such a long delay. Behold! The Gundam that is environmentally friendly!
