Zeonic Toyota: Char's Auris - Gundam.INFO

The dark collaboration has been whispered and pictures of it has been captured on numerous occasions at different locations since early this year and on 1 October 2013, it will finally be on sale... Behold the Zeonic Toyota Char's Auris!

Source: Gundam.INFO
It doesn't come with Char as your personal chauffeur or a Zaku II to protect your journey. It doesn't come modified to be 3 times faster than the standard grunt Auris(es?). It does however, come in a rich flavour of Char-ness both in, out and beneath the Charis.

As with the regular Auris, the Charis is offered in a variety of engine and transmission options. Because of the sheer awesomeness that is beyond human description, here are the accompanying pictures!

P-Bandai Exclusive Lottery Campaign (06 Aug - 30 Sep) - P-Bandai

P-Bandai sure has a way of enticing Gunpla fans with exclusive treats. Besides its regular releases of online exclusives / limited editions, P-Bandai has also been releasing reissues of these kits, sometimes with creative ways that collectors have to participate in before obtaining them.

Although the ordering procedure for the reissued Banshee Ver. Ka (That one with the UV reactive Psychoframe that got one of us so excited) was a normal affair, it is a different story with FW Converge's Operation Revive where fans were given the democracy of selecting which final 5 MS should be given the elixir of rejuvenation.

Now (or rather since 6 August, running till 30 September), P-Bandai is organizing a lottery campaign for lucky fans of P-Bandai, Gundam UC and the following HGUC exclusives:
  • HGUC 1/144 RMS-179 GMII (Unicorn Desert Colour)
  • HGUC 1/144 RGM-86R GMIII (Unicorn Desert Colour)
  • HGUC 1/144 RGZ-95C ReZel Type-C (GR)
  • HGUC 1/144 MS-21C Dra-C (Unicorn Ver.)

As indicated, the above 4 MS are offered in the colour schemes as portrayed in Gundam UC and will be sold only to lucky winners of the lottery for each respective kit.

Limited Edition PG 1/60 RX-78-2 Gundam - STRICT-G x MASTERMIND Japan

STRICT-G is a clothing and apparels line from Bandai that focuses on collaboration projects with different Japanese brands (Do you recall the collaboration between STRICT-G and CMD for the boxers that we featured awhile back?).

The PG / STRICT-G / MASTERMIND collaboration first appeared in 2012 when the PG Zaku II was released with the tote bag from MASTERMIND. Molded, boxed and bagged (the tote) all in black and featuring the MASTERMIND skull emblems, the collaborative project was released in limited quantities for a limited period of time and at limited places.

Fast forward a year on and STRICT-G is once again collaborating with MASTERMIND to release a PG / STRICT-G / MASTERMIND project, featuring none other than the legendary RX-78-2 Grandam. As with the Zaku II, the Grandam will be limited in the tri-factor of quantities, times and places (and like before, molded in black and decal-ed with skulls). And unless Google translate is wrong, it seems like the purchase for this product will only be limited to buyers with admission tickets registered beforehand.

For those of us out of Japan or even Asia, here is what the ¥31,500 fuss is all about:

Zaku & Haro 3D Puzzles - BEVERLY

Ever tried piecing together a 3D puzzle? Not unlike a Plamo kit, a 3D puzzle requires some degree of instructions in the fitting of different pieces together. The slight difference (to me that is) between the two of them however, is that a 3D puzzle requires a more acute sense of understanding as to which particular piece the instruction is pointing at. And sometimes, that translates to trial and error.

Beverly, a Japanese puzzle producer, has recently released 4 different 3D puzzles based on Zaku and Haro (seems like it is more economical to produce them with as less variation in the colours as possible). The shape of Haro looks weird, especially at the front, as opposed to the perfectly replicated Zaku.

They are priced at ¥1,890 each and with an additional ¥840 for an LED integrated base, your completed masterpiece can double up as a mini lamp!

HGUC 1/144 RMS-119 Ewac-Zack, AMX-003 Gaza C, AMS-119 Geara Doga (UC Ver.) - P-Bandai

Mobile Suits of the Neo Zeon Sleeves from Gundam UC are unique in a sense that the pilots' rank insignia are prominently displayed on the MS "sleeves".

To further expand your collection of Gunpla kits from Gundam Unicorn (especially the ones used by the Sleeves), P-Bandai is releasing 3 exclusive Mobile Suits from the HGUC line, in the colours and decals of the glorious Neo Zeon faction.

The package (they are not sold separately) includes the RMS-119 Ewac-Zack, the AMX-003 Gaza C and the AMS-119 Geara Doga.

Visa x Gundam / Zaku Cards - Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corp

What better way to pledge your allegiance than dedicating your expenses to either Zeon or Earth Federation? With impressive artwork and exclusive privileges (look at that redeemable exclusive HG Gundam!), Sumitomo Mitsui Banking Corporation, in collaboration with Visa and Bandai, released these cards back in 2010.

Did we also say that it's available only in Japan?
